Unless otherwise indicated, a grade of C or higher is required for all prerequisite
Study of human behavior in relation to the social environment. The power of the situation,
other individuals, and the social group will be examined. Emphasized topics include:
social influences on conformity, processes of attitude change, person perception and
attribution, attraction, stereotyping, and prejudice.

Recommended: PSYC 100, eligibility for ENGL 838 or ENGL 848 or ESL 400, and completion of or concurrent
enrollment in any READ 400 level course.
