Unless otherwise indicated, a grade of C or higher is required for all prerequisite courses.

Course Description

This course will introduce students to the general elements and classifications of crimes against persons, property, morals and public welfare using case law and case studies. Discussion points will also include common and statutory law, the nature of acceptable evidence, prosecution and defense decision making, criminal culpability and defenses to crimes.
