Unless otherwise indicated, a grade of C or higher is required for all prerequisite courses.

Course Description

This introductory personal development course provides students with practical knowledge and skills for self-discovery. Students will analyze aspects of wellness and understand the importance of developing each of these areas into their own lives. This course involves active learning with self-assessments and life examples to foster critical thinking skills. Students will study personal change and set goals to work on throughout the semester as they challenge themselves to grow, learn, and develop their emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental, and inner resources.
