Course Description

This course covers UX research for websites and applications, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting using traditional methods and AI-assisted tools. Students learn surveys, interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and AI-enhanced analysis while emphasizing ethical, human-centered research, accessibility, and responsible use of AI to inform design and product development. Software includes Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted design tools.
